Terms of Service

By accessing or using CryptoPong ("the Platform"), accessible at cryptopong.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CryptoPong. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. Account & Wallet

Access to the Platform requires a Solana-compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activity that occurs under your wallet address
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet

We do not store or have access to your private keys.

3. $PONG Token & Staking

CryptoPong uses the $PONG token for in-game staking. When you enter a match:

• Both players stake an equal amount of $PONG tokens into an on-chain escrow
• The winner receives 90% of the total pot
• 10% of the pot is burned (permanently removed from circulation)
• 5% of the burn may be redirected to affiliate referrers when applicable

$PONG is a utility token for use within the Platform. It is not an investment, security, or financial instrument. We make no guarantees regarding the value of $PONG.

4. Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play matches
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Collude with other players to manipulate match outcomes
• Use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that violates fair play policies.

5. Virtual Items & Skins

Cosmetic skins and items purchased or obtained through the Platform are virtual items with no inherent value outside the Platform. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these items within CryptoPong. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust virtual items at any time.

6. Trading

The Platform allows peer-to-peer trading of virtual items and $PONG tokens between users. All trades are final once confirmed. CryptoPong is not responsible for trades you consider unfair after completion.

7. Fees & Burns

• Match fee: 10% of each match pot (burned or distributed to referrers)
• Shop revenue: 100% of $PONG spent on crates and skins is burned
• Handle change: $10 worth of $PONG (burned)

All burns are permanent and irreversible on-chain transactions.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The value or price stability of $PONG
• That the Platform will be available in your jurisdiction
• Recovery of funds lost due to blockchain errors, wallet compromises, or user error

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoPong and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of tokens, profits, or data.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
